Our Applications generally do not require you to create an account or register. However, if you contact our customer support team directly (such as via email), we collect your email address and any additional information you include in your message in order to assist you and resolve your inquiry.
C. Location and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies
Our Applications do not collect or process precise GPS location data. Only coarse location information derived from your IP address (such as country or city level) may be processed.
Our Applications do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.
2 Advertising and Analytics (Third-Party Services)
To support our operations, our Applications may display advertisements and integrate analytics and attribution tools. These third-party services may use software development kits (SDKs), cookies, and identifiers to serve contextual or personalized advertisements and monitor application performance.

To help us locate your records, please include relevant details (such as your Advertising ID, if applicable). Verified requests will be processed and concluded within thirty (30) days.
5 Managing Advertising Preferences (Opting Out)
You can disable or reset personalized ad tracking anytime through your device settings:
- Android: Go to Settings > Security & Privacy (or Google) > Ads, and select "Delete advertising ID" or reset it.
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and turn off tracking permissions for the specific Application.
You can also completely stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application from your device using standard procedures.
6 Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policies)
Our Applications are intended for a general audience and are not targeted at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.
If we discover that a child below the statutory age has provided us with personal information, we take prompt steps to delete such data permanently from our systems. If you believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at zomieegames@gmail.com.
7 Data Retention and Security
Retention: We retain collected diagnostic and analytical data only as long as necessary to fulfill service functionality, comply with legal obligations, or until a valid deletion request is satisfied.
